You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
US customers receive a prepaid return label at no cost. There are no restocking fees.
Email info@podern.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with your prepaid return label.
Unused items in their original packaging qualify for a full refund or exchange.
For hygiene reasons, opened overlay tapes and covers that have been worn can't be returned. If you're unhappy with one within 30 days, contact us and we'll issue a refund or replacement, with no need to send it back.
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. There's no need to return the item.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return, or of approving a return-free refund. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.
International orders also have a 30-day return window. Return shipping on unused items is the customer's responsibility. Damaged, defective, and incorrect items are always covered at no cost.
